Well, I worked on james the last year and I made only minor patches to
the build.xml because it took time to understand where to change things.
Here are the problems I remember now:
- Our docs is not built now and the binary distribution with no phoenix
bundled does not work (it bundle phoenix too).
- It is not easy to remove jars from our repository because we would
need to create and ant task to download the dependencies automatically.
- The "ant dist" target currently doesn't work: I always use "ant
dist-lite".
