Finally javamail 1.4 final is out and fix the 1.3.3 base64 bug, so we
can upgrade!
The new version has been released under the CDDL license.
If I understood correctly from a fast search on the apache licensing
mailing list archives CDDL libraries can be included in the repository
and be part of binary and *SOURCE* distributions.
Is this correct?
Althought the final goal is to remove all the jars from the repository
and having then automatically downloaded, I think that until that day it
would be useful to have javamail with other dependencies in the lib folder.
