Norman Maurer commented on JAMES-486: ------------------------------------- 1) Thats not right i tested it it will not start try to delivery it now. It will pull down the delay. But thats not really what i want. With pulldown the delay it could take ages for the next retry too. Only set it to 0 will try to delivery it now 2) So the behaviour is correct 3) changed here.
