Why not SetRfc822Header?

I agree.
If we deprecate it in 2.3.0 we could then remove it in the next release.
Otherwise we can keep the AddHeader name, and add an attribute to
decide wether a previous header should be replaced or kept. This way
the default would change and we would not be backward compatible
anyway...
So maybe the best option is deprecate AddHeader and create a SetHeader.
Maybe we should name it SetMimeHeader to make it much more clear it is
not an header in the content of the message. It is not really a "mime"
header but an rfc822 header, but I think that SetMimeHeader would be
understood better from users.
