We voted on all of the recent alpha snapshot builds.
From the discussion I believe it is general consent that this, again,
is one step ahead, not the final one.

Can you clarify what this vote is? Is this an informal way to collect
feedback on whether we should release a snapshot, or are we making a
formal release? The start of the subject [Vote] suggests the latter,
but the build name (to me) suggests the former.
