Mailet to apply multiple replacing regexp to subject and body of a message.
Replacing rules can be specified in the xml, loaded as a resource text file or
loaded as file system file.
In the latter case resource file is automatically reloaded at each service().
This could be made configurable.
InitPattern should be synchronized.
