Hi Norman,

Hi after some testing on the weekend JavaMailStoreMailRepository works

Well, I wrote JavaMailStoreMailRepository for javamaildir primarily to have an UID and folder enabled message store for imap. With the current James MailRepository design javamaildir has to read/write uid-file and list directories on nearly every access. Would like to see how it competes using postage. :-)
Anyway, it should be ok for small/medium sites.
If we would come to the conclusion that James MailRepository won't be redesigned for a public release in the next future and we want to offer maildir support for the current MailRepository, we should think about an own implementation. *Without* uid/folder features this is quite easy and should have a good performance. I won't do that at the moment because I don't need it. But if anyone volunteers, I would share my thoughts and offer my support. :-)

Anyway you did any work yet on the imap ? Cause i see no changes in the
svn :-(
Yeah, as I said, I need some help. I had to earn some money with commercial software development the last week. :-)

Joachim
