Thank you for fixing this, Noel. My bad.
I delayed working on this build stuff because I wondered if we should
(a) continue to reference jars from james server requiring to adjust
local build paths or
(b) hold snapshots within postage svn like we do for other apache libraries

I have committed build.xml with the fixes necessary for it to compile on my
system. The path may be trivial, but I don't see how it was working at all
for you without the additional fileset. And I've modified the file to refer
to the v2.3 branch, since Postage isn't compatible with trunk at this time.
