Hi All!
Unfortunately the applied version (4) was not the newest code I had here. So I
merged in the new license headers and the changes made by Stefano and Norman.
BTW: thanks! :-)
I did a lot of mstor testing. The tested version (0.9.9) had a few serious bugs
so I couldn't get it to work with HashJavaMailstoreMailrepository at all.
(more to that later)

* made external-library dependent tests abstract and moved their
implementations to new package
