Don't worry, I'm seeing for another of my workarrounds, but seems that this
bug is "little" (surely it comes from the 2.2) :-)

wrong conversion of charset, I suppose that 8bit to quoted printable,
the route of this mail is: sendmail(orig) -> james(relay) ->
