Yes, BUT ... this should have some more careful designing. And we do not
need to rush it. For example, UsersRepositoryVUT should be a higher
priority (IMO), and it already has an administrative interface.
So what you guys prefer ? Deprecate the old methods for adding/deleting
users/forwards/aliases and create new , or just replace the old stuff ?

I would leave old commands as is by now and start introducing new
commands: when the final result will be ready, clear to everyone and we
will be more near to a release we'll decide what to deprecate and what
to rename.
