Using of defaultdomain is inconsistent

The usage of the default domain is inconsistent in james.
AbstractVirtualUserTable: use "localhost"
MailCmdHandler : use "localhost"
RcptCmdHandler: use "localhost"
James: use first from configured servernames
We should alwayes use the first of the servernames as defaultdomain in mailets
and other servervices. Thats also what james put in the MailetContect as
defaultdomain
