That was indeed the intent, however we designed it to work for SMTP
with no consideration of the requirements of the other protocols and
as such there is a danger that it may *not* be as suitable as we first
envisaged.



Danny, of course this is "my own view", I started the sentence with
"Personally". Everyone should write his own idea to understand what is
the group idea.

Yeah, I was acknowledging your right to express your view, my view is
different but I didn't want you to think that I felt I was any more
right or wrong than you.
