ASF is trying to get in touch with Yahoo to ask them a minor change to
the license to make it clearer and compatible with ASLv2.

While we wait I think that the best option is for you to publish the
code under the same double license (GPL + Yahoo DomainKey Patent
License).

if it's double licensed then BSD or ASL + DomainKey Patent would make
more sense. AIUI GPL'd implementations do not require the patent
license.

Unfortunately we can't host, neither bundle such code until
legal issues are resolved, but users could download the mailet and use it.

the free software foundation believes that the apache license is
incompatible with the GPL. so any combined work (james+domain keys)
would be undistributable. but yes, users could download the mailet and
create their own private version of james.
