I'm sorry if this seems unhelpful, but please take a look at the response to the issue you posted on JIRA - https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSIEVE-13. The short version is that there is only a test configuration with extremely limited features. Interested parties are working on a full integration but it is not expected any time soon.
