ApacheCon is May 2-5, Tuesday-Friday. The formal hack-a-thon is on May 2.
May 1 is a *huge* Dutch party (Queen's Day) in Amsterdam. We can also meet
in rooms on May 1 to do any hacking when people are partied out.
