It seems there is some problem with this sieve file.
i've recently added code to jSieve that makes it easier to debug sieve
scripts. so i'd recommend checking out the latest version from trunk.
key new features:
* Added script position information to exceptions
* Added logging code that record positional information within the script
* Added ScriptChecker, a jSieve implementation that allows testing of
scripts outside JAMES
without these features i found it almost impossible to debug sieve scripts
