Done ;-) .. BUT... I hoped eclipse was smart enough to use a copy-changed when committing the refactoring but it was not (I still don't get why sometimes it understand how to do things and sometimes no). The way I did it we lost the file history. If anyone is not happy with this and want to take the "long way" to move every single folder in svn end then manually update every content, feel free to revert and redo. I think that history does not worth the extra work needed for this repackaging.
