Well, the SPF specification needs this, and he says (but he still have to provide a link to the DNS spec for explanation) that SPF spec is based on a non-compliant behaviour of some DNS server. I don't have the time and the knowledge to discuss the DNS or the SPF specification, and I just want to create a compliant implementation: It seems we will not be able to do that with dnsjava.
