I have downloaded and unpacked the source tarball,
james-with-phoenix-2.3.1-src.tar.gz with the sole purpose of building the
included docware.
Trying to build out-of-the-box, by typing `sh ./build.sh website' fails with
the message
./build.sh: ./tools/bin/ant: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: File or directory does
not exist
This can be fixed by exterminating all CR characters from the tools/bin/ant
shellscript.
