Log:
Remove NOTICE.txt and LICENSE.txt from our sources: the one included in
generated packages are automatically generated by maven and build using
pom.xml+src\main\appended-resources\supplemental-models.xml files).
Having this files in the root gives the wrong feeling that changing them give
some result in the output packages, so it's better to remove them.
