A rules engine matcher would be configured with rules and invoke a rules
engine. A wrapper delegating to a<a
href="http://java.sun.com/developer/technicalArticles/J2SE/JavaRule.html";>JSR
94</a> compliant rules engine could probably be written fairly easily.
