Looking at JIRA today I see that 244 issues were reported by a member of "james developers" and are assigned to another member of the group and are marked as "fixed".
The vast majority, but not all, of these are also assigned to the reporter. I'd like to propose that issues we have reported ourselves and are marked fixed are all moved to closed.
