The Asynchronous lookup class I contributed to dnsjnio is buggy :-(.
It throws an NPE when it receives an answer from a server after the lookup
timeout is expired.
So we have to fix this, contribute to dnsjnio, wait a new dnsjnio release and
update our dependency.
