No, I only asked an explanation because I don't know what does moven do with files placed in the config folder and I never used the config folder. I'm used to place configuration files in resources, but simply I didn't know config was in the Standard Directory Layout. I just found that some SDL reference report also the config folder but some some other reference document does not include it.
