i think it's about time to think about releasing jsieve 0.2. i think
i've cleaned up the outstanding code issues now. the website needs
some more work and help would be appreciated.
website: I don't have jsieve knowledge so I cannot help with website content
:-(
I'm splitting the index page in 3 different pages (index/sieve
features/getting started) and adding a news section in the main page with
something similar:
<h4>Jun/2008 - jSieve-0.2 released</h4>
<p>The Apache JAMES team is happy to announce the availability of jSieve
v0.2: this is the first public release.</p>

Should I commit this?

+1

Done

Any other improvement suggestions?

access to the code samples would be great

No more time now, maybe I'll have a loot at this the next week.

While I was looking for documentations on other websites or project using
jSieve I found this:
http://bugzilla.zimbra.com/show_bug.cgi?id=27801
So it seems Zimbra is using our jSieve snapshots, and also IIRC Atlassian is
using a custom branch of jSieve!

:-)

(one of the reasons why i want to split out more libraries is that
JAMES has some great code but it's not used as widely as it might be
since it's included in a server with a huge footprint)

;-)
