I'm an Apache JAMES developer (jSieve is one of our products).
We are planning a jSieve 0.2 release so I was wondering if the zimbra
issue I found in your bugzilla is still there or otherwise is solved in
our current snapshot.
I just created http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSIEVE-19 for
matching patterns starting with "[" but I'm not sure this is the same
issue because I don't see the exception you report, instead I simply see
a failure in the match.
Please feel free to file issues to JSIEVE JIRA
(http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSIEVE) so that we can't try to
fix them ASAP.
