Applied patch provided by Rob Oxspring. This patch introduces a
FieldParser interface and a DelegatingFieldParser implementation that
delegates parsing to other parsers based on the field name. The
DefaultFieldParser delegates to static inner classes of each of the
existing Field implementations. The net result is that users can now
more asily add custom field parsers.

Probably the patch was against an older version and contained bad headers.
