If you replace ----=3DNextPart with ----NextPart this message will parse almost
correctly. However, the body of the HTML body part won't be decoded properly
when read from the stream returned by MimeTokenStream.getInputStream(). I would
expect that since it's not the HTML body part which is qp encoded.
