Change log would be sufficient but release notes would be great :-)

I suspect most of the bugs we have in the above roadmap have been
introduced and solved in this release cycle, so they are no bug fixes
wrt 0.3 release. Maybe someone else have better knowledge on this (or
maybe we can simply list the JIRAs and forget about it).
