I've wasted a lot of time on this now and don't think I'm any nearer to
actually solving anything. I just can't develop JAMES when the tests take 13
minutes to run and fail 80% of the time. Maybe it's time to give up on this
test...
Would you mind if I replace the default javamail implementation in trunk
to geronimo's one for a while so we see if this is reproducible even
using another javamail?
