Log:
Homepage layout improvement attempt.
Moved the news summary to the apachecon box.
Only a very short summary of the last 3-4 news is expected to be there to link
the full story in the news page.
Also removed the subproject list from the left menu (we already have it in the
top bar and in the main page content now).
Changed the "Product" title to a section title instead of a subsection.
