1. artifact is currently called mailet-2.4, probably wants an apache prefix. apache-mailet? or apache-james-mailet? 2. version number - stick with 2.4? (i think) 3. http://james.apache.org/mailet/api/ ok? 4. dist/mailet-2.4-SNAPSHOT/downloads/src isn't very conventional (at least outside James). maybe it would be better in target.
