Remove usage of reflection in JVMResourceSampler

Since Postage is on JDK 5 now, we don't to support JDKs where JMX is not
built-in.
Thus, we can remove the reflection from JVMResourceSampler and also eliminate
the indirection by collapsing JVMResourceSamplerWorker into JVMResourceSampler.
