The users should get created on the server specified by <testserver host="..." >
Did you adjust this setting accordingly?
If the problem persists, could you please post the relevant parts of
your Postage scenario configuration?

I don't think I got that one already. Are there still messages
processed after 10 minutes, or is it just the test runing that long?
The output should give you detailed data when a particular message was received.
Also keep in mind that if a receiving server is busy, for example
because bandwidth is exhausted, SMTP will re-try to deliver failed
mails in configurable intervals.

How much parallel threads do you use for sending and receiving and
what network bandwidth do you have?
