[server] avalon-user-function -> avalon-user-store, basic-user-function -> basic-user-store, jcr-backend-function->jcr-store?

(i added 'store' as a synonym for 'function' in the module layering)

i think that jpa-store is more readable than jpa-function. is it
worthwhile renaming the other modules?
