James was failing the smoke tests (basically not booting) since the Phoenix
stuff wasn't working. I've patched the mailet to use JSR250 since my Phoenix
foo is weak. If anyone finds the time and inclination to reverse this change
and get the Phoenix stuff working, fine by me.
BTW sorry for missing the JIRA number on the commit :-/
