Folks,
Here's another attempt at fixing the problem.
Presently only org.apache.james.mime4j.io classes have been updated to use a
common LineDelimiterStrategy implementation for all operations that involve
line delimiter tests. I will fix line delimiter handling in
QuotedPrintableInputStream and MimeUtils#getHeaderParams with a separate patch
at a later point, as I feel both classes need significant refactoring or even a
ground up rewrite prior to that.
