RFC2342 is used by some clients (notable Thunderbird) to obtain the hierarchy
delimitator. Unless this IMAP Namespaces are available, these clients will not
see subfolders.
James IMAP does not currently support shared folders or access to other users
folders. This would just be initial support for Personal Space allowing the
heirarchy deliminator to be passed to the client.
