Fix For: 2.3.2
The mailet API has been factored into a separate products (Mailet API 2.4 and
Mailet Base 1.0). This will allow a single version to be maintained for both
the 2.x and 3.x code streams but requires that the source in 2.3 is replaced by
the released jars.
