Looks like this problem is bigger than I thought. I can't even get a simple
form without dot-stuffing to work. Parsing this simple script:
require ["fileinto", "reject", "tag", "flag"];
# reply
if anyof (header :contains "subject" "test reply") {

This is the first line
This is the second line

}
results in
