Hi Norman, I noticed an issue in the NOTICE file for the binary distribution as it does not say anything about the CDDL libraries from sun (activation and javamail) that are in the lib folder (the old 0.3 NOTICE had a statement about this). I don't know if CDDL requires NOTICE reference or not, so I don't know if we should go ahead or reroll the release.
