memory/torque/jcr tests are also moved (see
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?rev=985988&view=rev).
I had to leave torque-runtime dependency in jcr project, otherwise tests were
failing (jackrabbit's lucene was failing to update its index). this was also
true in deployment project (jackrabbit with torque-runtime).
Tests are ok on my PC. Shout if test fail (bad commit,...).
