Norman Maurer resolved IMAP-177.

Resolution: Fixed
Its now possible to implement shared namespaces. However because some clients
have problems with many namespaces we still return only "" if no shared
namespaces are provided by the store. if the store supports many namespaces the
real namespace will get returned
