Fix For: 0.2
UidToMsnConverter maps the UID and MSN per SelectedMailbox, for this the
mappings are keeped in memory. Because of the lazy removing of closed
MailboxListener instances this can lead to many UidToMsnConverter which are not
needed anymore but just not were removed. So we must make sure we make them use
as less memory as possible once they are closed
