Remove DataSourceSelector interfface and implementation

At the moment we use the DataSourceSelector interface ( which is just a copy of
the excalibur one ) for accessing the database in mailets/components. I think
we should remove it and just inject the DataSource directly. If someone really
needs more then one db he need to configure the second database anyway in
spring-beans.xml
