Remove Configurable interface from JamesMailetContext

Fix For: 3.0-M1
Currently JamesMailServer and JamesMailetContext use the same file
(mailserver.xml) for configuration. This is bad because they are not in the
same module (maven module). After a deeper look in JamesMailetContext even
don't need to be explicit be Configurable. It can just wrap stuff from
MailServer implementation.
