Sorry I have not responded, gotten too busy on other fronts... I will
be happy to write up what I had to do to get James and sendmail to work
together with the caveat that I am NOT and expert on sendmail either.
So it may be possible that I did it wrong but at least it might be a
starting point for others to follow..
I agree and would certainly take the sendmail off the left menu of the
James main left menu. But I would propose moving it to the wiki. Then I
could add my own comments and modify it to describe what I had to do....

archive http://james.apache.org/server/archive/document_archive.html
(and to remove it from left menu)
