Change is in trunk and tests are successful (still need to test maildir on
linux).
mailbox does not depend on imap anymore, which is logic.
Imap and pop3 depend on mailbox, which is also logic.
Norman is adding in hudson a job for the new mailbox-integration-tester so we
can be notified in case of test failure (mailbox-integration-tester is the main
path to test the mailbox implementations)
We can also add some more "unit" tests to the existing MailboxManagerTest.
There will be some little refactoring to have a more coherent packaging wihin
the mailbox-integration-tester (should we name it integration or function tests
?)
