We
- Switched to maven 3 (JAMES-1041 and others)
- Removed the legacy server documentation from the build (comment them in
the modules section)
- Updated the site.vm in maven-skin (JAMES-1203)
- Updated to apache:9 as parent pom
- Introduced the profile -Psite-reports to have a choice if generated
'normal' docs (without profile) or generated technical reports (with
profile) using maven-site-plugin
